Why We Pre-Assemble Custom Metal Frames Before Loading

1. The Challenge: Complex Curved Metal Bases

The design required a smooth, curved stainless steel base frame to support a heavy executive desk. For this type of design, you cannot rely only on drawings. Physical alignment is everything.

2. Our Execution: 100% Factory Mock-Up

Before we do the final finish treatment and packaging, we put the frames together in our workshop. As you can see in the photo, our team checks the dimensions and the curve angles millimeter by millimeter.
We make sure that:
  • The joints are perfectly smooth.
  • The metal matches the shop drawings exactly.
  • The structure is stable under heavy weight.
