466㎡ Villa: From Rendering to Delivered Furniture
466㎡ Chengdu villa: 35 pieces of loose furniture delivered from renderings — shop drawings, 3 marble rounds, factory pre-assembly, QC before shipment. Send your drawings & BOQ for a practical review.
This is a 466 square meter staggered-level residential project located in Chengdu, with the furniture delivered and installed earlier this year, covering a high ceiling living room and three bedrooms, approximately 35 pieces of movable furniture, delivered in two batches.
From the design renderings to the final on-site presentation, we focused on the following key stages:
Drawing development and review -- The curved combination sofa underwent detailed drawing verification before production, checking the match between seat depth and spatial dimensions, as well as the clearance between edges and the position of the floor outlets.
Material selection and confirmation -- The stone coffee table went through three rounds of large panel screening during the material selection phase, with the final texture confirmed by the client; the leather sample for the lounge chair was strictly matched to the original specifications from the design studio.
Factory pre-assembly -- All major furniture items were pre-assembled and tested before leaving the factory. During this stage, two issues were identified before shipment: a 3 mm dimensional deviation at the headboard connection and an uneven table leg base. These issues were corrected within the factory workshop.
Quality inspection and packaging -- Each piece of furniture was photographed and documented according to the confirmed list, with corner protection applied, and packed together with spare hardware components.
Same proportion, material, and atmosphere -- The final delivery and on-site assembly were perfectly completed with these elements.
