Key Craftsmanship Details
1. Curved "Waterfall" Edge
Standard bending techniques often cause wood veneer to crack. We utilize multi-layer CNC precision milling for the substrate combined with high-frequency hot-pressing, ensuring the wood grain remains continuous and natural around the curved corners.
2. Cantilever Structural Stability
To ensure the 2.2-meter-long floating desktop remains stable without external support legs, we constructed a heavy-duty steel sub-frame internally, transferring the load directly to the connection point with the side cabinet.
3. Integrated Side Cabinet & Cable Management
- Drawer gaps are strictly controlled within a ±1mm tolerance.
- Embedded aluminum alloy brush-style cable ports allow for seamless cable entry into concealed routing channels.
- The top drawer features an integrated commercial-grade keyless combination lock.
The Importance of Pre-assembly
Before disassembly and shipment in reinforced plywood crates, we conducted comprehensive testing on every bolt hole, cable channel, and finish tone in our factory workshop. Verifying assembly precision in-house effectively eliminates risks during on-site installation.
